TOBIR Course Program, Fees, and Registration Procedure

 

1. Online Pre-Registration Process

  • Create an Account: Go to the TÖBİR Student Information Application Login Page and create a user account (Sign Up). A verification link will be sent to your e-mail during registration; do not forget to click this link.
  • Fill in the Pre-Registration Form: After logging in with the account you created, fill in the Pre-Registration Form completely.
  • Obtain the Payment Receipt: Payment must be made to the account specified below:

  • Upload Your Documents: Upload the three documents required for registration (passport, payment receipt, photograph) into the system and confirm (Upload Documents and Confirm).
  • Complete the Pre-Registration Process: At this stage, your Pre-Registration process will be completed. An notification e-mail will be sent to your email address confirming that the pre-registration process is complete.

      2. Final Registration Process

  • Wait for Approval: Wait for the unit officials to review and approve your documents in order to finalize the registration process. (If there are no issues with the data entry and documents, your pre-registration will be converted to final registration status within average 1 week.)
  • Check Announcements and Your E-mail: After the final registration process, regularly follow the TÖBİR Student Information System announcements and the updates sent to your registered e-mail address. An e-mail notification will be sent to your address once the final registration process is completed.
  • Documents Required after Final Registration: After the final registration process is completed, during the first week of the course, the original passport must be presented to the TÖBİR registration staff for verification, and 1 passport-sized photograph must be submitted.

      4. Explanations

  • Each course level covers a total of 175 academic lecture hours.
  • Classes are conducted 5 days a week, totaling 25 hours per week.
  • The Academic Turkish program consists of 140 theoretical hours.
  • The Placement Test is free of charge for students who complete pre-registration/final registration, and the Turkish Proficiency (Exemption) Exam is free of charge for students who complete final registration.
  • Pre-registration or course fees paid by applicants are non-refundable for any reason, including inability to attend, non-attendance, or other circumstances.
  • A 10% discount is applied to candidates of Turkic origin upon presentation of a valid document.
