Department of Turkish Art aims to make healthy analyses on Turkish architectural works and handicrafts founded in Turkish Republics by materials (photograph, drawing etc.) getting from field researches; to make researches about issues of Turkish Art and to receive contributions of young scientist via graduate programs. 

 

Department of Turkish Art, founded on 11 July 1992 like ITWS,  have educated a lot of graduate students inside and outside and ran a number of scientific projects since then.
